**Product Owner (m/w/d)**
Als Product Owner (m/w/d) für das Warenwirtschaftssystem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung eines effektiven und effizienten Systems zur Verwaltung und Steuerung von Waren und Beständen im Unternehmen. Sie arbeiten eng mit den relevanten Abteilungen (Logistik, IT, externe IT und Kundenservice) zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen, die Produktvision zu definieren und sicherzustellen, dass das Warenwirtschaftssystem den geschäftlichen Anforderungen entspricht.

**Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld**:
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern, um deren Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse bezüglich des Warenwirtschaftssystems zu verstehen und zu dokumentieren
- Erstellung und Verwaltung des Produktbacklogs
- Priorisierung der Einträge im Produktbacklog basierend auf Kundenbedürfnissen, Unternehmenszielen und Markttrends
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um die Anforderungen in User Stories umzuwandeln und sicherzustellen, dass klare und umsetzbare Aufgaben definiert werden
- Aktive Teilnahme an Planungen, Reviews und Retrospektiven
- Überwachung des Fortschritts der Entwicklung und Sicherstellung, dass das Endprodukt den Anforderungen entspricht
- Definition der Produktvision und -strategie für das Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Planung und Durchführung von Tests
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Rolle des Product Owners oder in der Produktentwicklung
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Leitung von Prozessoptimierungsprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Kenntnisse in gängigen Prozessoptimierungsmethoden (z. B. Lean Management, Six Sigma)
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
