• You independently coordinate maintenance appointments with our customers and subcontractors and accompany them on-site
• You are the point of contact for malfunctions and organize their resolution
• You organize the team and act as construction supervisor for new construction and renovation work
• You prepare documentation materials after completing the work

• You have completed training in a manual trade, preferably as a heating/air conditioning/ventilation/sanitation installer, and feel comfortable with office work
• You have the ability to work independently and can organize yourself well
• You think and act customer-oriented, have a strong service mentality, and are proficient in common office applications
• You have a driver's license (Class B) and ideally have knowledge in building maintenance
