**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:
Catena-X versteht sich als ein schnell skalierbares und erweiterbares Ökosystem, an dem sich alle Teilnehmer der automobilen Wertschöpfungskette gleichermaßen beteiligen können. Das Ziel: Die Bereitstellung einer Umgebung für den Aufbau, Betrieb und die kollaborative Nutzung durchgängiger Datenketten entlang der gesamten automobilen Wertschöpfungskette zu schaffen.
- Du arbeitest aktiv im Produkt "Transfer" mit und setzt User Stories des Sprint Backlogs nach SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) um.
- Du bist Mitglied eines kundenübergreifenden Feature Teams und definierst die Rahmenbedingungen zum schnellen Hochlauf der Plattform mit Fokus auf OEM kritischen Lieferketten.
- Du erarbeitest die im Förderantrag beschriebenen Konzepte zum Transfer, Roll-Out und internationalen Skalierung von Catena-X und berücksichtigst dabei die relevanten Compliance
- und kartellrechtlichen Belange.
- Du stimmst die Anforderungen firmenübergreifend und mit internen Kunden-Stellen ab.
- Du bringst die Ressort-Aspekte in die Gestaltung der Konzepte hinsichtlich strategischer und prozessualer Ausgestaltung unter Einbindung relevanter Fachstellen und IT ein.
- Du begleitest die Pilotierung auf der Plattform, bindest aktiv die erforderlichen Partner ein und holst aktiv externes Feedback (Kundensicht) ein, um die Umsetzbarkeit der Konzepte sicherzustellen.
- Du kommunizierst relevante Informationen an alle Use Case-Mitwirkenden (interne Mitarbeiter und mitwirkende externe Konsortialpartner) und stellst ggf. entsprechende Kommunikationsinhalte für eine externe Kommunikation bereit.
- Du sicherst die Übergabe des Roll-Outs und des Onboardings von Partnern in die Linienverantwortung des Kunden mit entsprechendem Change Management, Trainingskonzepten und Kommunikation.
- Du zeigst frühzeitig Widersprüche auf und eskalierst aktiv Kunden interne und unternehmensübergreifende Zielkonflikte und entwickelst eigenständig passende Maßnahmen.

**Diese Qualifikationen solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Diplom Kaufmann, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder ein vergleichbarer Ingenieurstudiengang mit guten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen, bestenfalls mit Roll Out und IT Projekterfahrung.
- Berufserfahrung in IT Projekten, Facheinkauf oder in einer Strategie
- oder Kommunikationsfunktion.
- Ausgeprägtes Prozesskettenverständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Hierarchien im Unternehmen vom Spezialisten bis zum Gruppenleiter.
- Kenntnisse von Entscheidungsprozessen und Abläufen im Unternehmen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Abstraktionsvermögen.
- Fähigkeiten zum Arbeiten in Netzwerken, auch unternehmensübergreifend.
- Kenntnisse der Automotive Prozesse und Abläufe verschiedener Ressorts, insbesondere Einkauf und Logistik.
- Projekterfahrungen, auch in agilen Methoden.
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Überzeugungskraft sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
