Die SofaConcerts GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg betreibt die internationale Online-Plattform SofaConcerts. Als eine europaweit agierende Musik-Plattform für Wohnzimmerkonzerte und Veranstaltungen mit Live-Musik, ermöglicht SofaConcerts Musiker*innen und Musikfans direkt in Kontakt zu treten und selbst Konzerte in besonderem Rahmen zu veranstalten.

Unsere langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich emotionales Marketing und Kampagnenentwicklung in Kombination mit Live-Event-Formaten nehmen externe Partner wie Unternehmen und Agenturen in Anspruch. Mit "SofaConcerts for Brands" bündeln wie sämtliche externen Dienstleistungen für Unternehmen und Agenturen in einer Full-Service Agentur: vom Live-Event am POS bis hin zur reichweitenstarken Social Media Kampagnen.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kreativen Event- und Marketingkonzepten für Unternehmen und Agenturen mit dem Fokus emotionales Marketing mit Musik (und unseren SofaConcerts Künstler:innen)
  • Koordination aller Projektphasen von der Konzeption bis zur Realisierung
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu bestehenden und neuen Kunden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Organisation und Leitung von Meetings und Brainstorming-Sessions
  • Koordination aller Stakeholder
  • Aktive Akquise neuer Partnerschaften durch zielgerichtete Ansprache potenzieller Partner*innen
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Pitches zur Gewinnung neuer Projekte und Kooperationen.
  • Durchführung von Kunden-Pitches
  • Verantwortung für regelmäßiges Reporting und strategische Umsatzplanung
Qualifikation
  • Du begeisterst Dich für (Live-) Musik
  • In vorherigen Jobs konntest Du bereits relevante berufliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Online Marketing, Social Media und/ oder Marketing sammeln
  • Du liebst das Visuelle und Design. Dabei verstehst du dich als Content-Allrounder und bist in der Lage Bild und Videoinhalte zu erstellen bzw. zu konzipieren
  • Du überzeugst souverän und kommunikativ bei der Präsentation von Idee und bist es gewohnt, mit Kund*innen zu kommunizieren
  • Du bist auf Social Media Zuhause und kannst schnell und gut Contentformate entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Du entwickelst innovative Marketing- und Eventkonzepte, die die Kreativität unserer Kund*innen ansprechen und ihre Markenbotschaften auf einzigartige Weise vermitteln
  • Du behältst stets die Übersicht durch effektives Projektmanagement, wenn Du mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeitest und sicherst so die Koordination und den Erfolg der Projekte
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrung bei der Mitwirkung von professionellen Bewegtbildproduktionen gesammelt
  • Du kannst schnell Ideen visuell-ansprechend aufbereiten und vor Kund*innen präsentieren
  • Du hast sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Textgefühl
  • Du bringst gute analytische Fähigkeiten mit, um den Erfolg jeder einzelnen Kampagne zu evaluieren & zu reporten

  • Vorsicht: Unsere Bürohunde Joppie und Bonnie könnten leicht die Show stehlen. Sie sind bekannt dafür, Meetings aufzumischen (meistens schlafen sie aber) und sind Meister darin, Bälle (und Herzen) zu erobern
  • Bei uns sitzt Du an der Quelle zu guter Musik und kannst regelmäßig bei Wohnzimmerkonzerten im Büro, bei uns Zuhause oder bei anderen Konzerten unserer Künstler*innen auf der Gästeliste dabei sein.
