Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulation, continuous adjustment and responsibility for the strategic orientation of the division derived from the corporate strategy and within the framework of the guidelines of the Advisory Board
  • Responsible for the customer journey, strategic sales process, marketing strategies including pricing, regional strategies and competitors analysis
  • Providing strong leadership ensuring the organisation attracts, retains and develops talent across the business
  • Continuous communication of the strategy to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous innovation and initiate, lead and propose relevant M&A activities
  • Management responsibility for sales and earnings up to the operating result and ROI of the Division
  • Responsibility for the annual and mediumterm planning of the division, including sales and revenue planning, fixed cost planning, investment and profit plan
  • Representation of the interests of the Division in all relevant external associations and forums

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Evidence of success in the strategic development and creation of a brand and product portfolio as well as in managing a portfolio alongside a divisional strategy.
  • Strong people leadership track record, success in building and developing teams in an international context
  • Having successfully structured and managed a complex sales process with focus on the customer journey in alignment with an overall strategy.
  • Academic degree in a field relevant to the role
  • Fluency in German and English are mandatory
