Your tasks:
- Planning, assembly, and integration of mechatronic systems, such as Ground Control Stations, test benches, lab infrastructure
- Selection and specification of required mechanical and electrical components
- Final assembly of electrical systems and avionics components in small series production
- Support in the electronic manufacturing of PCB assemblies
- Planning and manufacturing of wireharnesses for lab and test purposes
- Support in bringup and maintenance of lab and test infrastructure
- Participation in acceptancetesting of prototypes and series products
- Support in electronic part management and procurement
Your skills and profile:
- Training as Mechatronics Technician or university degree in mechatronics or systems engineering, or similar
- 3+ years of industry experience, experience in the aeronautical field desirable
- You are familiar with technical documentation (plans, drawings, circuit diagrams, etc.)
- You bring manual skills (e. g. soldering and typical workshop skills) and the ability to design and manufacture parts
- Experience with CAD (e. g. Autodesk Inventor) and/or ECAD (e. g. Altium Designer) programs would be a benefit
- You have first experience in setting up small hardware prototypes
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Responsible, and independent way of working with great attention to detail
