What you will be doing with us:

• Implementing sales concepts and actively contributing to product assortment development with your ideas, as well as executing advertising and sales activities.
• Managing sales, costs, and inventory.
• Supporting your team, leading by example, and creating work schedules.
• Implementing quality management across all areas and ensuring customer satisfaction through competent advice and excellent service.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations.
• Maintaining excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness, paying attention to details.

What we are looking for:

• Commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector, or equivalent education. Holding a qualification as a retail specialist is a bonus.
• Experience as an assistant market manager or in sales/retail management.
• Knowledge of business administration.
• Leadership skills, responsibility, and organizational talent.
• Problem-solving and results-oriented approach.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
