As
Head of People & Organization (M/F/d), you will lead the People & Organization department at Viessmann Werke Berlin GmbH and be responsible for managing all site-related people and organization topics.

Your mission is to develop, optimize and implement people processes and services.

By proactively driving projects and initiatives, you will bring the global People & Organization strategy as well as our Viessmann Leadership culture to life.


Your Impact:

  • Together with your team of people experts, you will further develop the local People & Organization strategy, ensure its implementation and execution, and thus drive organizational transformation and cultural change within the Viessmann Group.
  • You act as a sparring partner for managers and provide guidance on relevant topics such as talent management, people development, modern workplace design and organizational development
  • You are responsible for continuously developing new people processes and services as well as optimizing existing ones, always keeping an excellent employee experience in mind
  • You take the lead role in collective bargaining negotiations and work closely with works councils
  • You will focus on a trustful cooperation with other managers from the people area of the Viessmann Group, including the exchange of best practices.
  • Your knowhow enables you to be a mentor for your team and to coach them in agile working methods.

Who you are:

  • A degree in economics, human resources management or comparable qualification
  • Leadership experience in the human resources department of a production company, including cooperation with works council
  • Indepth knowledge of the IG Metall tariff agreement ERA as well as labor law
  • Experience in agile working methods and a strong affinity for modern management culture
  • Fluent German and English
