**Deine Aufgaben**

Als (Senior) Associate (m/w/d) im Team "Financial Planning & Analysis" von Bertelsmann Investments erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

- Analyse der monatlichen Geschäftsentwicklung und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für das Management Board von Bertelsmann Investments
- Unterstützung der M&A-Aktivitäten von Bertelsmann Next, insbesondere im Rahmen der Analyse von potentiellen Zielunternehmen, der Due Diligence und der finanziellen Modellierung
- Beurteilung geplanter Akquisitionen, Desinvestitionen und neuer Geschäftsideen aus strategischer und wirtschaftlicher Perspektive
- Strategische Planung und Entwicklung von Zielvorgaben
- Unterstützung von Sonderprojekten des Management Boards von Bertelsmann Investments

**Dein Profil**

Du hast Dein Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit herausragendem Erfolg abgeschlossen. Außerdem verfügst Du über folgende Qualifikationen:

- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich strategisches Controlling, Unternehmensbewertung oder M&A, ggf. auch durch relevante Praktika
- Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
