**Job Description**:
Um unser starkes Wachstum zu unterstützen und eine erstklassige Corporate Finance-Funktion aufzubauen, suchen wir einen erfahrenen und hochmotivierten **_Finanzbuchhalter_** (_Financial Accountant_), der an den **_Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung_** (_Financial Accounting Manager_) der SSU-Gruppe berichtet.
Der **_Finanzbuchhalter _**_(Financial Accountant)_ ist verantwortlich für die fristgerechte Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse der Konzernholdinggesellschaften der SSU-Gruppe. Zu den Aufgaben gehören darüber hinaus die Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen sowie die monatliche Durchführung relevanter SOx-Kontrollen für die Gesellschaften.
**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
- Kontrolle der offenen Posten sowie wöchentliche Abstimmung aller Bankkonten der Konzernholdinggesellschaften
- Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Steuerbehörden
- Buchhalterische Bearbeitung und Kontrolle aller Geschäftsvorfälle: Kreditoren, Debitoren, Bank, Sachkonten und Anlagevermögen
- Durchführung von monatlichen und vierteljährlichen SOx-Kontrollen
**Qualifications**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellten
- Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Can-Do-Einstellung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Aufsichtsbehörden, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, wie z.B. Datev und SAP
- Kenntnisse in buchhalterischen Themenstellungen sowie Bilanzierungsrichtlinien nach HGB und IFRS
- Gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Liebe zum Detail
- Ausgezeichnete Kooperations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
