Ihre Aufgaben:
Als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) betreuen Sie deutsche und europäische Kunden und stellen durch Ihre professionelle Arbeitsweise in der Wartung und Reparatur von AutoStore-Robotern und Peripheriegeräten die höchstmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:
- Durchführung von Wartungen und Reparaturen
- Durchführung von Serviceprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der Serviceziele, Timelines, Qualitäts- und Budgetvorgaben
- Mechanische und elektrische Instandhaltung der Logistikanlagen der Kunden
- Fehlersuche, -diagnose und -behebung vor Ort
- Austausch defekter Bauteile
- Unterstützung bei der Neuinstallation von Anlagen
- Erbringung von technischen Dienstleistungen nach Kundenwunsch
- Einsätze im Kundensupport
Ihr Profil:

Weiterhin verfügen Sie über folgende Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem mechanischen oder elektrotechnischen Ausbildungsberuf, respektive als Mechatroniker/in, Elektroinstallateur/in, Industrieelektriker/in o. ä.
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Anlagen, mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Roboter und Behälterfördertechnik
- Kompetentes, freundliches Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft, zeitweise auch ins europäische Ausland
