As we continue to grow dynamically, we're seeking a

Working Student (d/M/F) to become an integral part of our

Organisational Development department in Munich.

What You Will Do

  • You'll support exciting and versatile Organisational Development projects and take over work packages independently
  • You'll assist in the global survey strategy to collect employee insights and where necessary provide consulting to improve employee experience
  • You'll support with the implementation of a new employee engagement survey tool
  • You'll drive initiatives and events in the areas of employee connection and new work
  • You'll help to create a positive and collaborationenabling workplace environment and aid with workspace design projects at our Munich office
  • You'll collaborate on further activities within the Organisational Development area and take over daytoday business tasks like the creation of presentations or analyses
What You Bring

  • Ideally a background in organisational development, psychology, business administration, project management or a similar field
  • Good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • An active, handson way of working with others
  • User/employee centricity is not a "nice to have skill" but comes as second nature to you
