This person will be a strategic partner to our EPD leadership team, with a heavy emphasis on scaling out the Product and Design team.
Your impact
As a Technical Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to help scale our Product and Design organization in Europe.
In this role, you will:
- Manage fullcycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
- Coordinate closely with Recruiting team members to innovate our talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis research strategy.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share datacentric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects with client groups and the recruiting teams that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Establish meaningful internal relationships with management and key crossfunctional stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams.
- Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
- Demonstrate data integrity and experience in understanding data to help influence hiring decisions.

- Has 6+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiter experience at highgrowth companies.
- Has full lifecycle experience recruiting for EPD roles and explicitly working with Product leadership for a minimum of 2+ years.
- Can leverage qualitative and quantitative data to influence hiring managers and leaders.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has excellent negotiation tactics and market knowledge.
- Can work in a fastpaced, often ambiguous environment.
