Als Director Global Communications bist Du verantwortlich für den Markenauftritt von Uniplan und leitest die einheitliche Unternehmenskommunikation. Du und Dein globales Team entwickeln Kommunikationsstrategien, inklusive PR, Medienarbeit, digitale Kommunikation, interne Kommunikation und Thought-Leadership. Deine Rolle beinhaltet die Zusammenarbeit der Uniplan Standorte, die Verbreitung von Geschäftszielen und anderen relevanten Themen. Du berichtest direkt an den CEO Europe und arbeitest eng mit dem Uniplan Board zusammen.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Public Relations, Journalismus oder ähnliches
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in Unternehmenskommunikation bei internationalen Unternehmen oder Agenturen
  • Führungserfahrung mit hybriden Teams
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Social Media und erfolgreiche Bilanz in der Kommunikation
  • Aufbau eines kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Kenntnisse in Unternehmenskommunikations-Trends und Best Practices
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Freude an der Steuerung verschiedener Projekte in einem dynamischen Umfeld
