Sales Representative (m/w/d) für den Vertriebsinnendienst

befristet für ca. 12 Monate

Was Sie tun werden:

  • Verantwortung für die serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung inkl. der Beratung bei einfachen technischen Anfragen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten anhand von Leistungsausschreibungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Preiskalkulation
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Aufträgen und Reklamationen zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Gutschriften, Retouren und Lastschriften
  • Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst von Rockfon

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vertriebsnahen Aufgabenstellung und der Kundenbetreuung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise ab
