We are looking for you to support our HR team in Hamburg.
In close cooperation with our HR Business Partners you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support the HR department in day-to-day business and administrative activities: Preparation of contract documents, certificates, templates and personnel files
- Independent responsibility for the creation of our reference letters
- Independent supervision of our students and interns
- Support in the HR onboarding and offboarding process as well as independently onboarding new employees
- Administrative maintenance of our time tracking tool
- On demand: support in different topics such as e.g.employee engagement
Your qualifications:
- Ongoing business studies in the field of economics or psychology, ideally still enrolled for one year
- Ideally first experience in the field of human resources
- Confidence in using common MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent and solution-oriented work style as well as very good communication skills
