Job Title: Fresh Food Counter Manager at REWE Market

What You Will Be Doing:

• Implementing national sales concepts effectively.
• Managing cost and revenue development, regular inventories, as well as goods disposition and flow.
• Implementing innovative ideas to attract customers and drive sales.
• Leading and training your team, planning staff deployment according to needs.
• Ensuring correct pricing and assortment maintenance.
• Demonstrating skill in the production and refinement of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery products, and delicatessen.
• Strictly adhering to hygiene regulations.
• Providing customers with expert advice and excellent service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Professional training as a butcher or meat cutter, preferably in the food retail sector, a similar qualification, or experience as a chef. A master craftsman's certificate is a bonus.
• Sound product knowledge gained from years of experience in the meat and delicatessen trade or gastronomy.
• Leadership skills, coupled with a problem-solving and results-oriented approach.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and dedication.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
