Job Description:

• Review, adjust, and create contracts in German and English, with support from external legal counsel
• Implementation of new legal requirements for businesses
• Support sales team in customer negotiations
• Assist in developing financing proposals for customers
• Examine incoming/outgoing letters of credit and bank guarantees
• Correspond independently with customers, banks, and affiliated companies
• Ensure transfer pricing complies with international regulations
• Collaborate on contract frameworks within the company group
• Coordinate contract processes in other European companies under BW Converting Solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration
• 5 years of contract management experience in industrial settings, preferably in machinery and plant engineering
• Strong knowledge of international contract law and experience in contract negotiation
• Proficiency in English and German
• Knowledge of sales financing instruments
• Effective communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and strong risk assessment capabilities
