- research in economic theory and game theory with particular focus on coalition formation, voting mechanisms, and/or information design (65 %)
- support in the teaching of undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of economic theory and game theory, up to 4 hours per week, including grading assistance and supervision of seminars and theses (25 %)
- administrative duties and support in the organisation of research projects (10 %)


The position is co-financed through a department programme that aims at strengthening the Bielefeld Graduate School of Economics and Management (BiGSEM).

Therefore, the active participation in the doctoral programme of BiGSEM (economics profile) is mandatory; for more information about BiGSEM see
