About our Company
Our Company is successfully expanding across the globe and we are seeking self-motivated, driven professionals who want to grow and develop themselves while supporting others. In order to do that we are partnering with a global leader with more than 15 years of experience producing awarding winning leadership & personal development programs. Personal Development is a 65 Billion dollar industry and we are still experiencing substantial global growth. Currently, we are operating in 150+ countries.
We are looking for motivated and passionate Self Starters and those who are ready to progress to the next level with an interest in Leadership, Personal Development and/or Coaching.
TasksResponsibilities & Tasks
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time commitment and you choose when and from where you work).
- Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Training and scripts are provided)
- Support and coach new business owners in order to be successful
- Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
- Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
- Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
- Attend training calls for further Personal Growth
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self-employed
- Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook, Xing, Linkedin)
- Good communication skills
- Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset)
- Motivated, solution-oriented, reliable and organized
- Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
