Logistikleiter/ Logistics Manager (m/w/d) Standort: Straubing
Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter/innen in der Logistik sowie Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Budgetverantwortung (Investitions- und Personalplanung, Transport- und Behältermanagement)
  • Strategische Planungen
  • Internationales Kunden- und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Betreuung von Neuanläufen sowie des Änderungsmanagements
  • Pflege von Materialstammdaten
  • Prozessoptimierungen / Entwicklung und Implementierung erfolgversprechender Konzepte zur Steigerung der Effizienz des Verantwortungsbereich
  • Verantwortlich für Bereichskennzahlen und Zielerfüllung sowie Erstellung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmenplänen bei Abweichungen
  • Durchführung der Inventuren / Bestandsverantwortung
  • Mitarbeit bei Audits sowie Zertifizierungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Handels- oder Informationslogistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistik und/oder Supply Chain Management in der Automobilzulieferindustrie (1st Tier) in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Kenntnisse der kundenspezifischen Anforderungen
  • Kenntnisse der Automobilspezifikationen IATF-16949
  • Kenntnisse und Anwendung der Auftragsplanung und Disposition von Rohstoffen (just in time)
  • Erfahrung in einem Produktionsplanungs- und ERP-basierten Systemen
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse von JIT und der Kanban-Methode der Produktionssteuerung
  • Grundkenntnisse der ISO Umwelt), OH&S (Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
