Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums als Teil des globalen strategischen Einkaufsteams im Bereich Category Management
- Verantwortung für die Category Dienstleistungen im medizintechnischen Bereich übernehmen
- Erarbeitung einer globalen Materialgruppenstrategie und Umsetzung der abgeleiteten Maßnahmen für Ihren Verantwortungsbereich, mit Fokus auf Konsolidierung eines schlagkräftigen und global nutzbaren Lieferantenpools
- Lieferantenmärkte weltweit analysieren, Durchführen von Ausschreibungen, Qualifizierung und Konsolidierung von neuen Lieferanten, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit internationalen Lieferanten, Nachverfolgung und Managen der Lieferantenperformance
- Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen insbesondere im Bereich Category Management sowie zur weiteren Professionalisierung der strategischen Einkaufsfunktion beitragen
- ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und kreatives Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsstärke und eine engagierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude an internationaler Reisetätigkeit
