Your Responsibilities as a Personal Consultant in the Onsite Environment:

Candidate Management:

• Create job postings
• Conduct interviews
• Engage with candidates through various digital channels
• Prepare candidate profiles
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process

Employee Support:

• Prepare contracts, certificates, personnel files, etc.
• Conduct feedback sessions with employees
• Manage vacation requests and sick leaves
• Handle warning and termination discussions
• Prepare payroll documents

Client Relations:

• Manage existing clients
• Explore new business opportunities with clients

Requirements for the Onsite Consultant Position:

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or degree
• Experience:
• Ideally in HR, recruitment, or sales, but open to career changers as well

Charisma:

• Convincing and confident demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer Service:

• High level of customer focus and service orientation

Language Skills:

• Fluent in German for effective communication with clients and candidates

Mobility:

• Driver's license for fieldwork
