Als Finance-Team der InVision AG in Düsseldorf (Medienhafen) sind wir die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Finanzangelegenheiten innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe. Neben der Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltung und der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen für unsere Muttergesellschaft sowie für unsere sechs globalen Tochtergesellschaften, betreuen wir sämtliche Finanzthemen, die in einem internationalen Kontext anfallen. Wir arbeiten weitestgehend papierlos und verfügen über einen hohen Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsgrad, den wir weiter ausbauen möchten.

In unserem Team hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dein breites Fachwissen einzubringen, Dich weiterzuentwickeln sowie Prozesse und Finanzthemen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich (min. 24 Std./Woche).

Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Verbuchung und Kontierung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs für alle Einzelgesellschaften
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und des internen Berichtswesens
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Projekten in direkter Abstimmung mit der Leiterin der Finanzbuchhaltung, der Geschäftsführung und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach HGB sowie Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlüsse der internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Kooperation mit Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaften sowie anderen externen Dienstleistern im In- und Ausland
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Finanzbuchhaltung
Qualifikation
  • Hohe fachliche Kompetenz durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständiges und präzises Arbeiten
  • Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie die Fähigkeit, Prozesse im Gesamten zu erfassen
