A Day in the Life
You'll work the night shift and be stationed at HTM3. Your main focus will be on upholding safety standards within your team and site while monitoring and enhancing process efficiency.
Your daily tasks will revolve around team management, operational duties, individual escalations, process enhancements, and large-scale operational planning.
As a crucial part of the operations team, you'll work closely with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands and targets.
This involves analyzing data and performance metrics with business leaders and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
About the Team
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) specializes in heavy items such as furniture and large home appliances, focusing on end-to-end service including delivery and returns.
Setting itself apart with exceptional customer care, the service offers services beyond delivery, including assembly, installation, and disposal of old items.
With a strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and innovation, the team is reshaping the way customers receive large items.
We are looking to expand our specialist fulfillment centers and delivery stations across the UK and Europe.
While night shifts are common in delivery stations, most team members work during the day, contributing from various roles like operations, supply chain, business intelligence, and program management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree (or working towards one)
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Relevant experience in data analysis
- Experience in stakeholder communication, including peers and leadership
- Background in a logistical setting
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite in a corporate environment
