Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair work of all kinds
• Commissioning and supervision of external service providers
• Supervision of fire protection systems
• Driving services and errands
• Maintenance work on building technology (e.g. heating and ventilation systems)
• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the premises as well as waste disposal
• Assistance with relocation / furniture services
• Management of the company's fleet

Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession, preferably in the electrical engineering field or equivalent professional experience
• Capable of working independently and responsibly, with a strong focus on safety
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
• Shift and on-call availability, including weekend work
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces
• Driver's license Class B required; BE / C1 incl. modules would be desirable
