- und Energiewende.

**Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Dich**
- Du verantwortest die Projektierung innovativer Ladelösungen im Bereich High Power Charging inkl. Termin
- und Budgetverantwortung
- Du berätst in der Umsetzung von Ladestandorten ggf. auch vor Ort
- Du kümmerst dich um den weiteren Aufbau eines Subunternehmer Netzwerkes für Projektierung und Bau von Ladelösungen und -standorten
- Du sorgst für die Erstellung und Abstimmung von Projektunterlagen unter Einhaltung des Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst das bundesweit tätige Team an Projektmanager*innen und entwickelst es weiter.
- Du hast Freude daran die Leistungen des Mer Projektmanagements gelegentlich in Angebotsprozessen oder auf Kongressen zu präsentieren
- Du bist Sparringpartner*in für die Geschäftsführung und die Unternehmensgruppe bezüglich der weiteren Ausbaustrategie

**Dein Profil**
- Du verfügst über ein Studium und hast langjährige, generalistische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Infrastrukturprojekten
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in Projekten in der E-mobilität gesammelt
- Du fühlst Dich sowohl im strategischen als auch im operativen Arbeiten zuhause und kannst beide Aspekte miteinander verbinden
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams mit und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Arbeiten in einer Matrixorganisation
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert, kannst mit Argumenten überzeugen und unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenführen
- Du verbindest unternehmerisches Denken mit pragmatischem Herangehen und hast Spaß daran, Infrastrukturprojekte zu gestalten
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
- Du bist bereit sowohl an den Projektstandorten in Deutschland und Österreich und am Unternehmensstandort in Teisnach zu arbeiten, wobei eine fallweise Tätigkeit im Homeoffice grundsätzlich möglich ist.
