Unser Team ist für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie des Firmenkundensegmentes der Commerzbank AG verantwortlich und berät den Segmentvorstand bei strategischen Richtungsentscheidungen. Daneben implementieren und begleiten wir managementnahe Projekte des Segmentes Firmenkunden und bieten dir dabei tiefe Einblicke in das Corporate und Investment Banking.

Als Praktikant*in unterstützt du bei der Weiterentwicklung der geschäftsfeldübergreifenden Strategie auch im Hinblick auf Digitalisierung und Innovationen. Der enge Austausch mit segmentübergreifenden Abteilungen und der IT Delivery Organisation gehören zum festen Bestandteil Deines Arbeitsalltags. Du kannst deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, deine Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke voll einbringen. Dabei unterstützt dich unser Team jederzeit.

Du befindest Dich derzeit mindestens im 3. Semester Deines Bachelor-, Masterstudiums (auch berufsintegriert) oder dem Gap Year zwischen den beiden, sämtliche Studiengänge sind erwünscht Du hast Freude daran, strategisch zu denken und konzeptionell zu arbeiten Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Arbeitsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit & Eigeninitiative sowie durch analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe Du hast Spaß daran, Neues zu lernen und Deine Expertise zu teilen Du bist ein echter Teamplayer*in und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office mit
