Unsere Business Unit "Energy & Components (EC)" entwickelt und produziert Batteriesysteme, Ladelösungen sowie elektrische und kraftstoffbetriebene Heizsysteme. Verantwortung für die globale Projektrealisierung von Batterieprojekten für alle Operations Themen bis zur finalen Projektübergabe an das jeweilige Produktionswerk Strategie- und Konzeptentwicklung für die globalen Batterieprojekte sowie Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in den Operations relevanten Themen Verantwortung für die Operations Themen in der Projektakquise inkl. der Footprint Abstimmung mit den Regionen sowie für die regionalen Industrialisierungs-Teams Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten-, Sicherheits-, Zuverlässigkeits- und Leistungsstandards in den Produktions- und Logistikprozessen Globale Koordination von technischen Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung der Webasto DekarbonisierungsstrategieDas bringst du bei uns ein:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts)ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss sowie fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung im Bereich Operations Einschlägige Erfahrung in disziplinarischer und fachlicher Führung sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams Sehr gutes operatives, technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie fundiertes Know-How in Produktions-IT/Industrie 4.0 (MES, PLC / LCS, Simulation) Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Konfliktmanagement sowie überzeugende Durchsetzungskraft Fließende Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse sowie ReisebereitschaftWas wir dir bieten:
