Our partner, a leading player in the commercial and industrial real estate investment sector, is seeking a dedicated Group Accountant Financial Reporting to join their dynamic team in Berlin.

With a strong foothold in the market, our partner specializes in strategic property investments across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities:

As a Group Accountant Financial Reporting with our partner, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and transparent financial reporting processes.


  • Collaborate on the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements including monthly, semiannual, and annual financial statements.
  • Contribute to the execution and facilitation of consolidation processes, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Support the enhancement of accounting and valuation policies and contribute to the creation of insightful management reports.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to business units and subsidiaries, offering guidance on IFRS accounting and serving as a liaison for reporting inquiries and auditor interactions.
  • Monitor and verify the integrity of subsidiary companies' consolidated reporting.
  • Participate in refining processes and methodologies, and contribute your expertise to strategic accounting projects, including digitalization process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Display a genuine curiosity and a drive for continual personal and professional growth.
  • Possess a completed degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, group accounting, or a related field, or hold a comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Financial Accountant).
  • Demonstrate practical familiarity with SAP FI/CO systems.
  • Preferred experience in group consolidation and IFRS reporting.
  • Leverage your robust analytical and conceptual skills to contribute effectively.
  • Flourish within an independent, structured, and selfreliant work environment while exhibiting a strong aptitude for teamwork and communication.
  • Communicate fluently in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Enjoy actively participating in the evolution of accounting and reporting processes.
