Stellenbeschreibung

Als Team Lead für unser Customer Success Engineering (CSE) Team bist du für die persönliche Entwicklung und Guidance eines großartigen Teams verantwortlich. Gleichzeitig trägst du in deiner Delivery Expertenrolle aktiv zur Entwicklung unserer nationalen und internationalen Enterprise-Kunden bei. Du managst vielfältige IT- und Integrationsprojekte im Enterprise Umfeld und hast dabei immer die Flip-Mission und dein Team im Blick.

  • hilfst dem CSE Team dabei ihre ambitionierten Ziele zu erfüllen
  • hast Spaß daran Menschen zu coachen, ihnen zu helfen und gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen
  • arbeitest zu Beginn des Projekts mit unserem Sales Team zusammen
  • machst unsere Kunden durch die Umsetzung unserer Integrationsprojekte erfolgreich
  • bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt während der gesamten Projektdauer, wenn es um die Koordination von Anforderungen, Problemlösungen und die Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Software geht
  • arbeitest aktiv mit den Functional Departments des Kunden, wie z.B. Project Management, Technik, IT und Security zusammen
  • hast die Handlungsvollmacht, in allen technischen Fragen Entscheidungen zu treffen und somit zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss beizutragen
  • stehst in engem Kontakt mit unseren externen Entwicklungspartnern, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen
Qualifikation

  • hast mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und Management von Delivery Teams im SaaS Umfeld
  • bringst Coding- und / oder Entwicklungs-Know-how Grundlagen mit
  • hast Erfahrung mit SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST-API und der Bereitstellung von API-basierten Integrationen in der Unternehmens-IT
  • bist versiert im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise Agile, idealerweise mit PSM1 oder PMI
  • hast unmittelbar mit Enterprise Kunden zusammengearbeitet und arbeitest effektiv in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • kannst durch deine kunden- und menschenorientierte Arbeitsweise leicht Beziehungen zu internen und externen _Stakeholder_n aufbauen
  • bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
