Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Executive team to develop a high-performance culture with high performing teams to enable the business. This key role will develop a strategic talent plan to guide critical talent decisions including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to support Dematic's growth plans. Lead the planning and strategy for key business groups in the areas of our global footprint and people strategy. Use metric and data to enable business leaders by identifying trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement. Support the development of a strategy to recruit and retain diverse, world-class talent that will allow Dematic a competitive advantage over competition. Partner with the leadership team to implement effective strategies to enable meaningful change and the opportunity that it brings. Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement. Provide oversight and direction in the handling of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization's growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture.

Qualifications and experience

15+ years of directly applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a global, fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company Advance degree, or equivalent, and relevant direct work experience required Experience in complex, global organizations preferred Demonstrated success building organization structure, culture and engagement Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including; Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management. Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact Experience developing and motivating a global team, as well as leading through organizational change. Must have change management leadership capabilities
