As a Construction Site Manager for Transformers, you will be responsible for leading and organizing construction sites in our energy generation and distribution systems.

ACT NOW - Your Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair measures on power transformers
• Participating in diagnostic measurements on transformers
• Compliance with legal regulations, especially with regards to occupational safety for the team, involved trades, and subcontractors
• Customer support on-site
• Coordinating all trades involved in the project on-site
• Assisting project management with claims, risks, and project management including deadline monitoring and accompanying budgeting
• Technical advice to customers including recommendations for future actions
• Ensuring an economically, timely, and quality-assured order processing

Your Profile - What You Should Bring:

• Ideally a degree as a technician or master in electrical engineering
• Electrical specialist (or electrical specialist for limited activities)
• Experience in the medium and high-voltage range in the field of transformers
• Fluent in German, good MS-Office skills, and driver's license class B
• Willingness to travel EU-wide (80% Germany + Benelux / IR / CH / SE)
• Flexibility in planning changes and a binding and reliable way of working, for example, strict compliance with occupational safety regulations

The following points would be desirable but are not mandatory:

• Experience with diagnostic measurements on transformers
• Experience in commissioning, fault finding, and repair
• Knowledge of processes and safety regulations in power plants
• English language skills (including reading and writing technical documents)
