**DER JOB**:

- **Strategische Entwicklung und Implementierung**:Sie sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Durchführung einer umfassenden IT-Sicherheitsstrategie, einschließlich der Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien und Verfahren.
- **Identifikation und Behebung Sicherheitslücken**:Sie erkennen proaktiv Schwachstellen in unseren Systemen und implementieren effektive Maßnahmen zur Abwehr von Bedrohungen.
- **Förderung von IT-Sicherheitswissen**: Durch die Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen stärken Sie das Sicherheitsbewusstsein im Unternehmen und gewährleisten die Einhaltung relevanter Standards und Gesetze wie GDPR und ISO 27001.
- **Compliance und Audits**:Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von Compliance-Standards, führen regelmäßige Sicherheitsaudits durch und arbeiten eng mit externen Prüfern zusammen.
- **Notfallmanagement**: Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Notfallplänen zur effektiven Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle.
- **Kollaboration**: Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sicherheitsaspekte in alle IT-Projekte integriert werden.

**YOU**:

- **Qualifikation & Erfahrung**:Sie können mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Informationssicherheit vorweisen, vorzugsweise in einer leitenden Funktion.
- **Fachwissen**:Sie besitzen ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der aktuellen Bedrohungslandschaft und bewährter Sicherheitspraktiken. Ihre Erfahrung umfasst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -verfahren sowie ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Sicherheitstechnologien wie Firewalls, Verschlüsselungsmechanismen und Intrusion Detection/Prevention-Systemen.
- **Zertifizierungen und Standards**: Sie haben Unternehmen erfolgreich nach ISO27001, ISO9001, C5, ISAE3402 & BSI-Grundschutz zertifiziert und sind mit der Erstellung umfassender Dokumentationen im Bereich Informationssicherheitsmanagement vertraut. Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM oder Ähnliches sind deutlich von Vorteil.
- **Projektmanagement**:Sie verfügen über nachweisbare Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, komplexe Sicherheitsinitiativen effektiv zu leiten.
- **Kommunikation**:Ihre ausgezeichneten Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten befähigen Sie, komplexe Sicherheitskonzepte verständlich an technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder zu vermitteln.
- **Anpassungsfähigkeit**: Sie sind in der Lage, in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld zu agieren und auch unter Druck hervorragende Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
