What you can expect:

• being a subject matter expert capable of translating business needs into functional and technical requirements as well as to provide specialized support
• comparing different technologies based on comparison templates as well as providing suggestions and guidelines for the final solution design & implementation
• designing resilient solutions with high attention to user experience, business continuity and data quality
• anticipating business and IT needs to ensure long term operation of current solutions and to prevent issues during the application lifecycle
• preparing comprehensive test plans for the introduction of new applications or functionalities to ensure expected outcomes and to minimize risk of business disruption

• coordinating proactively external partners for the collaboration on project objectives
• encouraging business stakeholders and IT colleagues on the respect and deploy of standard solutions, models and processes defined by the company

What we expect:

• University degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields
• at least 3 years of prior work experience with SAP and legacy systems integrated with it, preferably in international companies
• object oriented mindset
• ability to lead, manage and provide guidance to other team members
• ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts, think independently, and take the initiative required to resolve issues in a team structure
• availability to travel abroad (max. up to 25%) to support team activities and project implementations
• constant curiosity about new technologies, frameworks and platforms
• fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is a plus
