We offer diverse tasks:

• You support us in an exciting and diverse area: the rollback of terminated loans (NPL) in the field of educational financing products.
• You take care of all educational products (AFBG, student loans, student contribution loans, BAföG bank loans) in the portfolio and process the NPL process steps after loan termination.
• You negotiate repayment agreements with cooperative end borrowers and monitor incoming payments.
• If necessary, you apply for and manage judicial enforcement procedures, prepare dunning letters, and take enforcement measures.
• You answer customer inquiries by phone and in writing.

Your profile:

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in processing credit portfolio processes and are familiar with the respective credit processing software.
• The task requires a careful and efficient way of working and a pronounced team spirit.
• You are a good fit for us if you work service- and customer-oriented and communicate effectively.
• We expect very good German language skills and proficiency in MS Office programs.
