In this role you are responsible for the implementation of train radio and juridical data recording solutions on the vehicle.
You have the technical responsibility for the homologation of the integration of the systems on the vehicle as well as the homologation of the realized functionalities on European and national level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking input requirements (TSI, NNTR, standards, customer specifications, etc.)
- Developing standardized functions considering input requirements
- Definition of functional specifications to define functional architecture and functional requirements applicable for involved sub systems
- Alignment of requirements with internal and external parties, like safety and validation engineering, testing, internal and external suppliers
- Preparation of evidence documentation and alignment with assessors
Qualifications - External
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Fundamental knowledge of train radio system and the related international and national input requirements will be preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of juridical data recorder and the related international and national input requirements will be preferred.
- Knowledge how to developpe and implement safety related functions will be preferred
- Significant experience in a similar role in railway
- Fluent in English and German
