Payroll Advisor/ Entgeltabrechner

As an HR specialist / payroll accountant (w/m/d) for payroll, you play a crucial role for our team and are in close contact with a defined group of employees.

• You independently create payroll with the SAGE accounting program
• You serve as a key contact person for questions related to payroll and are responsible for timekeeping using the ATOSS time management program
• You independently assess and process payroll tax and social insurance matters (e.g. forwarding to authorities)
• You generate statistics, including employee numbers, and analyze them effectively
• While dealing with various special topics such as account reconciliation or preparatory work for year-end closing, you collaborate closely with other departments or our auditors

• You leverage your experience in payroll and have knowledge in tax and social insurance law
• Your ability to work not only with numbers but also with people makes you a valuable team member
• Your MS Office skills enable you to independently and effectively present evaluations
• A completed commercial training, relevant degree, or further education in the payroll / accounting / controlling field form the basis
