- Als umsetzungsstarke:r Allrounder:in verantwortest Du die Konzeption, Organisation, Durchführung und fortwährende Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.
- Du definierst und entwickelst geeignete Formate für unsere Lernbedarfe unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen und kommunizierst mit Trainer:innen, Coaches und weiteren externen Dienstleister:innen.
- Gemeinsam mit unserem HR Team bist du verantwortlich für die gesamte operative Durchführung unserer unterschiedlichen Lernformate.
- Darüber hinaus steuerst Du die Prozesse rund um weitere Maßnahmen unserer Personalentwicklung (z. B. Trainings).
- Durch Deine hohe Präsentationsstärke und Deine Leidenschaft Wissen zu vermitteln, stellst Du eine hohe Qualität der Trainings sicher.
- Du hast Spaß daran, "out of the box" zu denken und auch mal neue Wege zu gehen.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau weiterer Training Center/Standorte im Zuge unserer Expansion.
**WAS DU MITBRINGST**:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, psychologischem oder pädagogischem Schwerpunkt mit der Ausrichtung Personalentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung, Erwachsenenbildung oder Ähnlichem.
- Du kannst bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Erwachsenenbildung z.B. als Trainer, Coach oder Dozent vorweisen.
- Du arbeitest proaktiv mit einem hohen Grad an Selbstorganisation, bist ergebnis
- und zielorientiert.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, es macht Dir Spaß, Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte zu beraten, und Du kannst Dich auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner einstellen.
- Du bringst eine hohe technische Affinität, eine exzellente Service-Orientierung sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität mit.
- Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe erleichtert Dir den Umgang mit neuen Projekten.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit üblichen EDV-Anwendungen und bereit, Deine Medienkompetenz zu erweitern.
