Principal Statistical Programmer Position at Immunic Therapeutics
Join our dynamic team at Immunic Therapeutics where your role as a Principal Statistical Programmer will be crucial in overseeing all statistical programming deliverables. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, manage external vendors, and closely collaborate with biostatisticians and cross-functional teams for seamless analysis and reporting of clinical trials.
This position requires a dynamic leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and plays a critical role in supporting the advancement of novel therapies through effective statistical programming strategies.
Working closely with the Global Head of Biostatistics & Data Management, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and quality of clinical trial data collection and reporting in alignment with global regulatory standards. Flexibility is key in a small biotech company, and the ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into a lead statistician role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee statistical programming resources to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines
- Conduct hands-on validation of CRO deliverables to ensure accuracy of clinical trial results
- Ensure all relevant deliverables adhere to SOPs and regulatory specifications
- Collaborate with study teams to establish timelines for deliverables
- Lead statistical programming activities for regulatory submissions following CDISC standards
- Provide mentorship to junior data management staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree in biostatistics preferred
- 10+ years of experience in biostatistical analysis and statistical programming
- Thorough understanding of clinical trial reporting and CDISC implementation
- Strong SAS programming skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in meeting FDA and international regulatory guidelines
