  • Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden in allen Personalangelegenheiten und begleitest sie durch alle Phasen des Employee Lifecycle
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren zentralen Talent Departments People Operations, Recruiting und L&D sowie dem Director People & Culture in Hamburg zusammen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Employer Branding-Maßnahmen
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Talent Reports zu erstellen und auszuwerten
  • Du hast Lust, talent-strategische Initiativen – gemeinsam mit dem Director People & Culture – voranzutreiben
Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie über erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, effiziente sowie verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einer hohen Eigenmotivation und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Du bist neugierig und offen, liebst es Dich zu vernetzen und interdisziplinär zu arbeiten
  • Du hältst mühelos mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft und verfügst über ein großes Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke und Du hast obendrein noch ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
