  • Full Time 40Join TUI BLUE & Hotel Concepts as a Project Expert where you will actively support us in implementing our vision of developing TUI BLUE into the world's leading holiday hotel brand and successfully establishing other hotel brands. You support the implementation of our global strategy in close cooperation with our national companies and hotels.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You support steering and optimizing of internal projects to enhance the performance of our TUI Blue Hotels and achieve organizational goals.
  • This involves crossfunctional and crossorganizational collaboration with internal departments and TUI Blue Hotels, providing advisory support to develop targeted measures and ensure project success.
  • You advise the departments by using data to derive and prioritize the right measures and measure their success with defined KPIs.
  • You support the strategic alignment of TUI Blue Hotels concerning target group engagement across various sales channels.
  • Additionally, you are responsible for the Customer Centricity Community, consisting of our regular guests, and through regular interaction, you bring the customer's voice into the organization and provide valuable insights to the departments.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have completed a degree with a background in business administration.
  • You have initial experience in project management or a role related to project management.
  • You enjoy crossdepartmental and interdisciplinary collaboration and work independently, in a structured manner, and with high initiative.
  • You have a proven focus on both, analytical and customeroriented thinking, you find new approaches and resultsoriented solutions.
  • You are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
