About the role:
As a Senior Internal Auditor at ZF, your responsibilities will include performing and evaluating business processes within our Commercial Audit department. You will collaborate with management to address audit findings and oversee their resolution. You will also be refining our risk-focused audit programs for current and upcoming audit areas and may engage in special audit assignments.

  • Conducting audits of ZF's domestic and international entities with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Leading special audits, consulting initiatives, and enhancement projects
  • Coordinating audit outcomes with management and reporting to the Group leadership
  • Evaluating critical business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards
  • Contributing to the enhancement of risk-based audit programs for established and new audit domains

Your qualifications as a Senior Internal Auditor:
To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess:
  • Prior experience in internal auditing within a multinational organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • A meticulous work approach and assertive communication style
