**Beschreibung**:
Das Ziel des UEFA EURO 2024 Volunteer-Programms ist es, ein qualitativ hochwertiges, effizientes, nachhaltiges und unvergessliches Programm in allen zehn Austragungsorten der UEFA EURO 2024 zu planen und umzusetzen. Zwischen 1.300 bis 1.600 Volunteers werden an jedem der zehn Standorte Berlin, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Köln, Leipzig, München, Stuttgart benötigt, um bei der Durchführung der Projekte in den einzelnen Austragungsorten ehrenamtlich zu unterstützen.

Erstmals in der Geschichte der UEFA EURO wird es ein gemeinsames Volunteer-Programm mit der jeweiligen Host City geben, was eine sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen der jeweiligen Städte notwendig macht und die Grundlage für den lokalen Erfolg des Projekts sein wird.

**Der*die Venue Volunteer **Assistent*in (m/w/d) i**n jeder der zehn Städte unterstützt den*die Venue Volunteer-Manager*in und den*die Venue Volunteer Koordinator*in für das Stadion-Volunteer-Programm in einem motivierten und hilfsbereiten UEFA EURO 2024-Team am jeweiligen lokalen Standort. Er*Sie unterstützt die administrativen, organisatorischen und logistischen Aspekte des Volunteer-Projekts vor Ort und trägt dazu bei, dass die wichtigsten Projektziele erfolgreich erreicht werden. Die Volunteers werden gemeinsam mit einem ehrenamtlichen Team rekrutiert und anschließend geschult, so dass die helfenden Tätigkeiten während des Turniers bestmöglich erfüllt werden können.

Ziel soll es weiterhin sein, insbesondere die städtische Bevölkerung aller Austragungsstädte einzubeziehen, immer unter dem Aspekt, diese langfristig für das Ehrenamt in Deutschland und im deutschen Sport zu begeistern. Deshalb gilt es, den Freiwilligen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bieten, so dass sie ein positives Bild des Fußballs und der UEFA EURO 2024 im Land verbreiten.

- Unterstützung des lokalen Volunteer Venue Management Teams des Volunteer-Programms der UEFA EURO 2024 in einer der zehn Ausrichterstädte mit dem Ziel der Schaffung eines langfristigen und nachhaltigen Volunteer-Vermächtnisses für die Gastgeberstadt und das gesamte Land
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen EURO 2024-Projektmitarbeitenden vor Ort und sensibilisieren dieser für die Rolle und Funktion der Volunteers
- Rolle und Funktion der Volunteers
- Umsetzung des qualitativ hochwertigen Volunteer-Programms in der jeweiligen Austragungsstadt der UEFA EURO 2024, einschließlich der Zuarbeit bei Planung, Koordination und Kommunikation mit relevanten Interessengruppen

**Verantwortlichkeiten während der Veranstaltung (in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Regularien)**:

- Mithilfe beim Rekrutierungsprozess für die Freiwilligen (Screening und Vorstellungsgespräche) und Sicherstellung, dass den erfolgreichen Bewerbern Aufgaben zugewiesen werden, die ihren Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen am besten entsprechen
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Guidelines, Leitfäden und Konzepten zur Sicherstellung einer sehr guten Vorbereitung der Kollegen, Langzeitvolunteers und Volunteers
- Mithilfe bei der Bereitstellung eines effektiven Schulungsprogramms und maßgebliche Implementierung der Schulungsinhalte vor Ort, um die Volunteers angemessen auf ihre Aufgabe vorzubereiten, einschließlich der Unterstützung bei der Organisation einer Kick Off-Veranstaltung
- Erstellung und Kommunikation des Schichtplans für alle Volunteers
- Vorbereitung und Gestaltung von Informationsblättern, Richtlinien, Handbüchern, Fragen und Antworten, Präsentationen, Excel-Dateien und Informationen für die Volunteers
- Unterstützung der engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Projektbereichen oder Untereinheiten und Hilfe bei der reibungslosen Übergabe von Freiwilligen an die verschiedenen Projektbereiche während des Turniers
- Hilfe und Unterstützung in Bezug auf die Bedürfnisse der Volunteers
- Mithilfe bei der Organisation des Volunteer-Centers und Vermittlung von Inspiration, Unterstützung und Motivation für alle Volunteers
- Ggf. Betreuung und Anleitung der (Social-)Media Volunteers
- Mithilfe bei der Beantragung von Akkreditierungen für Volunteers sowie Planung und Durchführung der Bestellung und Verteilung von Uniformen
- Mithilfe bei der Überwachung und Bewertung der Aktivitäten und Einsatzzeiten der Volunteers
- Mithilfe bei der Organisation der Abschlussfeier für die Freiwilligen, einschließlich der Verteilung von Geschenken und Teilnahmezertifikaten
- Mithilfe beim Verfassen eines Debriefings am Veranstaltungsort und Erstellen eines Andenkens
- Pflege von Datenbanken und Erledigung aller notwendigen administrativen Aufgaben, einschließlich einer regelmäßigen Kommunikation mit Bewerbern und Volunteers
