- Planung und Erstellung von Arbeitspaketen zusammen mit dem Projektteam sowie Pflege der Gesamt
- und Detailterminpläne
- Überprüfung und Integration von Terminplänen Dritter in den Gesamtterminplan
- Erstellung und Abstimmung der Projektstruktur
- Kontinuierlich Kontrolle und Koordinierung der Erfüllung von Arbeitspaketen mit den Verantwortlichen und der (Gesamt-) Projektleitung
- Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten und Beurteilung der Auswirkungen von Änderungen auf die Terminplanung und Empfehlung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Reportings für das Projektsteuerungsgremium (PSG) und Bereitstellung von Berichten
- Aktiver Beitrag zu einem sicheren Arbeitsumfeld für sich selbst, Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externe Auftragnehmer
**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts-, Ingenieurswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Großprojekten und projektbezogenen Arbeitsprozessen sowie Erfahrung in der Projektplanung (vorzugsweise in großen technischen Projekten)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Terminplanungs-Software MS Project sowie in Projektmanagementmethoden, idealerweise Projektmanagement-Zertifikate (Bspw. IPMA Level D)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
