For the Flight Operations department AeroLogic is looking for a:

Student Trainee for Flight Operations Administration (M/F/x)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative assistance of the Flight Operations Support department on route optimization, aircraft performance analysis and flight planning system administration to constantly improve efficiency of current flight operations
  • Support in checking and maintaining data relevant to flight operations such as flight and block times, fuel consumptions and traffic rights
  • Creation of reports and evaluations
  • Obtaining and calculating route data such as flight and block times, fuel consumptions and traffic rights
  • Evaluating, assessing and validating aircraft performance data and ensuring flight crews use uptodate data for takeoff, enroute and landing
  • Support the Teamlead Flight Operations Support in postflight analysis, verifying navigation charges, managing the content of the Route Manual, navigational database and EFB, and maintaining the flight planning system

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrolment in an aviationrelated degree programme
  • Motivation and joy to work on complex tasks
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Basic knowledge in flight physics, aerodynamics, and navigation
  • Basic knowledge in ground and flight operations procedures
  • Basic Knowledge in legal airline regulations (e.g. EU-OPS, standard IATA/ICAO rules)
  • Strong Competence in standard IT systems (MS Office etc.)
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English
