**Was Du mitgestaltest**:
- Entwicklung und Herstellung viraler Vektoren im Bereich der Gentherapie
- Umgang mit viralen Vektoren wie Adenoviren, Adenovirus-assoziierter Viren (AAV)
- Herstellung stabiler, klonaler, humaner Zelllinien
- Mitwirkung bei Entwicklung von Upstream Prozessen zur Herstellung viraler Vektoren im R&D Umfeld
- Analytik viraler Vektoren und Verpackungszelllinien
- Entwicklung und Schulung methodischer und technischer Verfahren
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Ingenieuren, Virologen und Molekularbiologen
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences (Biologie, Biotechnologie oder Biochemie)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Molekularbiologie, klassische und moderne Klonierungstechniken wie Gibson Assembly, quantitative PCR-Techniken
- Kenntnisse in der Zellkulturtechnik (aseptisches Arbeiten mit Säugerzellkulturen) und Proteinanalytik
- Erfahrungen in der Herstellung und/oder Prozessentwicklung viraler Vektoren insbesondere mit AAV und Adenoviren von Vorteil
- Sichere Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
