- Projektmanagement.
- Analyse und Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden.
- Befolgen der bestehenden Methodik und ordentliches und methodisches Arbeiten.
- Führungsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Proaktivität.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung (SAP FI). Funktionalitäten / Aktivitäten:

- Definition, Koordination und Planung von Projekten.
- Koordination des GO (Operatives Management) und GE (Evolutionäres Management) Service.
- Verwaltung des zugewiesenen Budgets.
- Lieferantenmanagement.
- Management und Beziehung zum Endbenutzer.
- Erfassung von Anforderungen, Überprüfung von DF, Überprüfung von Lieferantenprüfungen.
- Identifizierung von Auswirkungen zwischen Systemen oder Geschäftsbereichen.
- Überwachung des Fortschritts der Projekte und Anforderung von Aktualisierungen zu deren Status.
- Gesamtüberwachung des Services und Koordination von Projekten mit dem zugewiesenen Lieferanten.
- Follow-up / Kommunikation mit Benutzern über den Status von Anfragen.
- Überwachung und Kontrolle der vereinbarten SLAs und KPIs
