Sievert is looking for a Service Partner in Karlstadt & Wittislingen, for the customer service department as a temporary parental leave replacement.

We are an international provider of sustainable premium quality system building materials and intelligently connected logistics all in one. We have 700 employees at about 60 locations in Germany, Europe, and China.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Being the central point of contact in order processing, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction through your service-oriented approach
  • Scheduling and tracking important orders and projects
  • Handling invoices and complaints
  • Acting as the liaison between customers and our field service
  • In addition to supporting field sales, you will keep the CRM system up to date
  • Completing price maintenance for your assigned customer base

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field and have gained initial work experience in a similar position
  • As a team player, you are particularly communicative
  • Your work process is very structured and you can handle pressure well
  • You have good user skills in MS Office programs
  • Ideally, you have experience in using a CRM system and working with the SAP system
  • You impress us with your open-minded personality
