To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a
Senior
UI/UX Designer with expertise and interest in user research for two teams belonging to the booking flow entry funnel in Berlin or Munich,
starting as soon as possible.

You will be part of the e-Commerce domain, supporting our customer-focused products while contributing to the overall UI/UX community.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green:

  • You conduct user research (user interviews, surveys, etc.)
  • You translate user needs into excellent designs and experiences
  • You create wireframes, concepts, features, and prototypes
  • You follow UI guidelines
  • You contribute to our design system
  • You collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, other UI/UX designers, and product owners to create cuttingedge products
  • You design and lead strategic research initiatives, supported by quantitative and qualitative data
  • You establish crossfunctional collaboration practices, identify opportunities, manage priorities, and meet stakeholder needs
  • You are closely collaborating with two teams who belong to the entry cluster of the booking flow
  • You are closely collaborating with another UI UX designer in the same area

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board:

  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design (web, app is a plus)
  • Degree in user research, such as humancomputer interaction, psychology, or related UX strategy studies, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience planning, conducting, and performing user research
  • Solid knowhow with stateoftheart visual design, prototyping, vector
- and testing tools

  • Passion for great designs and empathy for customer needs
  • Proactive mindset, ready to take ownership
  • You seek collaboration to achieve the best results
  • Demonstrated capability in translating customer insights into an MVP with a proven track record.
  • Fluent in English
